Via telephone or ONLINE advice for adjusting each customer’s requests and needs to our product range. Also face-to-face advice at customer’s site so we can know about their working method and we can inform them about the product that best suits.
Technical Assistance
An effective solution as soon as posible is the objective of our Technical Assistance Service.

Spare Parts Management
Due to the importance of spare parts because of the long life cycle of our machines, LAGUN offers spare parts of all sorts for all its product range (under warranty ones as well as replacements for damaged ones), even providing spare parts for machines from the beginnings of the 70’s.
Commissioning and Maintenance
Our work team of specialised technicians offers the “start-up” service at customer’s site for the guarantee of the correct and ideal operation of our products, as well as an standard or custom-made maintenance depending on customers’ requests.
Verification and Calibration (Set-up)
For an optimal availability of our machines in any moment of their lifetime, our high-qualified technicians offer the “set-up” service, so they adjust the working conditions of our machines from that moment to the ones when machines were dispatched from our factory.
